Steel Rims

Hello StanceWorks!!! It looks as if i will be pickin up an E30 within the next 2 weeks and I want to run steel rims on it. I know the steel rims that I have seen some of you guys running aren't regular rims, so where can I get a set from. Possibly 16x8 or so?

Buy Diamonds if you want your ride looking like a NASCAR... Otherwise get some stock steel wheels widened, but for the price you might as well buy something nicer.

Sorry I have no respect for Diamonds unless you are using them for what they were intended for... the track.

Diamonds only come in 15" from what I can tell, unless you get them custom in 16s. I agree that they do look like stock car rims, but then again that is exactly what they are intended for. Also, they arent really meant to hold up to normal street driving, and the first pothole or small bump or something you hit could really bend the lip. Plus, they are heavy as shit with tires, being made of steel and all. Heres the link for custom:

Measure what backspacing you want and call them up to get pricing I guess.

Diamond makes two different types, one for street and one for track. Both are still pretty heavy.

Honestly diamonds are only worth it if you get the sizes they don't have to custom make. Sizes like 15x8 and 10 or 16x8 and 10, otherwise they just start getting too expensive and you could have bought something better.
