You're going to have to try different sizes to find one that suits the application.Originally posted by anthLucky they didn't come into your house and disrespect your whole family.

Ive always thought if a tire is too big, either sell it and get smaller ones or blow it up doing a burnout, then buy new ones....Originally posted by anthLucky they didn't come into your house and disrespect your whole family.

Any opinions on Nankang AS-1's? I know they're cheap and wont last as long as other brands but I'm looking for opinions on stretch. Do they run small? Comparable in size to 512's?
Currently have Falken 512 215/40/18's on an 8.5". I'm looking for a smaller sidewall height. 205/40's are what i'm looking at. How do Nankangs compare to the 512's in size?Last edited by bryangb; 05-25-2011, 11:19 AM.

Bump.
I'm finally trying to get some wheels for my car.
I'm thinking 17x8 front et 32 with a 195/40 for the fronts
And a 17x9 et 25 with a 215/40 for the rears.
I don't want a ton of stretch, but that seems to look good. I'm thinking Yokohoma S.Drives because they are available in both sizes and I am OCD about running similar tires.
Thoughts?
