Can Panasport C5R 17" wheels be step lipped and rebarreled?

I'm trying to find sources to step lip and rebarrel 17x7.5 and 17x8.5 Panasport C5R's to 18x10's.

Is it possible? Any sources on who can fabricate what I'm looking to have done?

Only reason i'm asking is that I'm just getting into the whole 3 piece wheel thing. I don't know too much about doing this at all.

Talk to wheel-flip and see what they can do.

they are already stepped so they have a 16 inch face. Stepping up to an 18 inch (if it is even possible) would look very strange in my opinion.
