  • So, I'm new here, and I gots a question :)

Hey guys, I'm David, and up located up in Seattle, I roll in an e46 330ci

Bought these Varrstoen's a couple days ago!

    The specs are:

    235/35 19x9.5 et +20
    265/35 19x10.5 et +22

I plan on dropping the car a couple inches as well. My question is, what the hell do I need to do to make these things fit? I'm new to the whole stretch/poke thing, so I decided to ask on here, since it's a specialty here

I could sell these tires and pick up like 225/35 for the front and 235/35 for the rear? But I don't know if that's dangerous or not. It'll be my daily so I don't want to take any big chances. I'll obviously roll the fenders though. And also, I'd probably end up getting spacers, 5 or 10mm? I'm not sure yet.
    I have M68 stock's on right now..
    Front m68; 7.5, et 41.
    Rear m68; 8.5, et 50.

I heard that if I keep the tires sizes I have now, that it'll be a bitch to fit (although it'd probably be a bitch to fit regardless).
Keep in mind I'd be dropping it a couple inches!

Could I get some help here please? How do I get these to fit without rubbing n' stuff?

They are now 235/35 all the way around, still with 9.5's in front and 10.5's in back.

Haven't actually gone out with them yet, just test fitted them.. as you can see they're pretty mexi-stretched right now. I wanted some opinions.

Of course I'm planning on rolling the fenders n' stuff but if I throw coils on and set it down, will I get some camber automatically? I want to know how I can make these fit without going like -3 camber and/or effing up the fenders.
I do NOT plan on completely dumping it on it's nuts. I just want to sit an inch or two above the wheel.

    Thoughts/opinions?

I am running 9.5 in the rear with 215/40 on my daily. You will definitely need thinner tires than the ones you have. maybe 225 in the rear? you can see what it would look like on the tire stretch calculator on klutchrepublik.com. you may also need camber and a fender roll

How is the daily goin'? Any issues with the stretch?
I'm gonna be going 215's in the front and 225's in the rear, that's pretty much final.
I'll be rolling and pulling the fenders, I just want to know how much negative camber I'll have after I drop it a couple inches, and I wanna know if it'll fit like that with the initial camber or if I'd have to get an actual camber kit.

I daily my car with a 215/35 in the rears on a 9.5 with no issues at all. As far getting camber when you lower it, it is all dependent upon how much you lower it. I got like 4.5 degrees of natural camber with my drop and it sits just about perfectly with my specs. 18x9.5 et 10 in the rear. Roll your fenders, and based on that picture above, I'd say you'd be fine with those tires, with a good roll, you may want to invest in some camber arms to make to have the adjustability to make the rears work how you want.

Shoot me a PM if you have any questions/want to talk about coilovers or anything.

235/35 will work, just gotta shave your fenders and pull em a bit then throw in as much camber as possible haha.

It'll look really good once you get it right.

                Thanks Kielan, will do!

Yeah I'm gonna get coils first and see how much camber that gives me first.
                I'll keep this thread updated!
