  • Poke Setup Wheel Offset - Help

Ok, so I was in the process of re-barreling my BBS LMs when something came up and I couldn't finish completing the process.

    My current specs are:
    2011 335i e92 M-Sport
    KW V2 Coils

    F: 8.5x19 et32
    R: 10x19 et25 (flipped face, so et12 now, I believe)

I bought THIS car from a member @e90post named Paul Bailey.
However, he didn't include the wheels pictured.
He included the ones in the specs I've listed above.
I'd like to get my wheels to look like they do in these photos, except with 12s in the rear (or as wide as I can go, really).

After the suggestion of an e90post member I was going to take the 10x19 +12s from the rear and mount them on the front.

Then I was going to get the 8.5x19 fronts re-barreled to 12x19 +35 and put them on the rear.

However, I don't know if this would yield the look I'm going for.

I want to achieve about the same amount of poke in the front a rear (maybe a few mm more in the rear than the front).
I also want almost identical lip size, front and rear (again, maybe a few mm more lip size in the rear than the front).

I plan on running about -2.5 to -3 upfront and -3 to -3.5 degrees of camber in the rear.
I realize I may have to go with more.

Also, I want to run a 245 width tire on the 10x19 upfront.
I like the look of the subtle stretch.
What sidewall size should I run? 30? or 35?
What tire size would give me that same amount of stretch for the 12x19?

Can anyone help me get the look I want?

Thanks but I really want to talk with someone who has a similar setup.

You musta cheated on a lot of tests thru highschool.... didn't you?

That website and a tape measure should be the only things you need.
It's like rock-crawling... in the streets...

Ok, so I did some math and I think I'm going to go with the foloowing setup.

              Front: 19x10 +12
              Rear: 19x12 +30

That'll give me a slightly bigger lip in the rear and few mm more poke in rear as well.

Now the question is: What tires?
I'm running Toyo TR1s now and I'm happy with them.
On the 19x10s I have a 255/30. I'd like a bit more stretch so I was thinking about going to a 235/35. A couple notches down + a slightly bigger aspect ratio will keep my inner rim from hitting the ground if I go to -3 or -4 degrees of camber. What about on the 10x12s? 255/35?
