My advice is to stay away from skinny tires.

I went from a 255/35 square setup to 215/40 on my old 5er to be "slammed" and "stanced legit yo".

My god, the damn thing couldn't take a curve for shit. 3600lbs on a 215 is not a good combo.

Plus a 215/40 is super short and will look funny.

Whatever you do, I'd try to get the most tread width possible. Personally, I think your car is spot on as it sits.

I would love to find a 235/265 setup with a side wall that stretches a bit. Smallest tire I'd go is the 225/255 combo. All I need is about 10mm of clearance in the rear to get the rim flange alinged with the fender and same with the front.

I've gone from a 245/275 to a 235/265 and I really don't ever wanna go smaller than the 225/255. This car handles like it's on rails.

I've been thinking to just polish the living daylights out of the lips, black bolts and a tad darker silver centers(which ends up being free Boeing A300 silver paint my dad can do at his job) with the blue or maybe switch to black lug nuts.
