Try calling bbs Germany. I've ordered a cap from bbs America for my 18 inch set and they helped me find red and gold caps for my 17 inch set.

been looking for them myself, any US dealers ive tried have been out of stock or are charging 50 dollars a cap, cant seem to find them in europe at all. have even been onto a mate that imports bits in from japan to see if hell get them for me but no luck yet.
purems or bfi seem like the best place to get them.

edit: maybe try wokke.de, he said he might be able to get them, would be €200 for a set though
