i think its cause the federals have a beefier side wall then the nankangs.

Dude you're gonna be perfectly fine. Keep an eye on tire pressures and run more than 35psi.

You gotta understand that your car is pretty light. Even crazier stretches have been done on 4000lb+ vip cars etc.

The real question is whether you need that much stretch. Post pics of them mounted. Rarely is that much stretch needed. Look at that civic up there. He didnt even roll his fenders. Fucking stupid since he could go up a few tire sizes or pull out some camber easily

I think it's actually cool that he didn't touch the fenders.. It just does something for me

The stretch on that wagon is straight up ridiculous. I feel like the tires would de-bead if I kicked them hard enough yet he doesn't seem to have a problem running them. That doesn't mean it looks good though...

damn thats some gnarly stretch. definitely more than i would personally do, but if it holds air fine you should be good... just dont go smashing around corners or go to fast!

Why is everyone telling him to be careful?
                        That looks perfectly drivable.

feels solid up to 40mph. at 40 psi..... didn't mean to make those numbers match just didn't go out on any main roads cause the car is not tagged think my goal is smaller lips up front and 195/40's in the rear.

if it holds air i don't see what the problem is.

                              build thread?
