I don't have any exp about the specifics of that setup/chassis but as to your question...I'd go for more low over poke any day, but thats just me. Considering there's no mini-truck tuck LoL. But yea, as long as they aren't COMPLETELY sunken in, I say go more for low. Sounds like you wanna get them out as far as possible w/ 10mm all around so you should be cool. I think I might just do 20mm all around with a good amount of camber then lower it as much as I can. That picture of the black e36 with 20mm all around looks to be the same stance im urning for haha.

I think this is a pretty deceiving photo. If my memory serves me correctly there were no spacers on the car and way more camber than needed so it was very un-flush in person
