That's what she said!
Ahem, anyways...
I own a late model e30 and I just purchased a set of Borbet Type S (or BS) in 16x9 ET15
I've dug around a lot of the fitment guides but my issue isn't really with making it flush. I'm more worried about hitting the strut housing along with destroying my fenders.
I know I'll almost certainly have to roll my fenders, purchase a stud kit to replace the lug studs I currently have and if my calculations are correct, I should run 20mm spacers.
I wanted to post this here instead of r3vlimited or e30tech as they tend to FREAK when you run large spacers.
MY QUESTIONS ARE:
Will this fit with the set of 205/45's that are on them?
Am I correct in my spacer math to put them flush with no poke?
What spacer/ lug stud kit do you guys recommend?
Here's a picture of the wheels on an e30 with 20mm spacers but that's all the info I have ATM

Thanks for the guidance, time is of the essence as they are on their way!
