  • I can use your Opinion...

Hey folks! So, I am just starting to do some work on my car, and I could use some ideas for wheels. I have a 2nd gen Lexus GS300, and I am currently riding on some not-so-good looking 18's. I want to start setting up my car well, but I am trying to drift away from the usual VIP set up.

I like Work Euroline DH and OZ Futuras, and I often, actually almost too often, see GS's riding on LM's. So I want to stay away from that. I am not looking for something wild, but actually something clean.

I have in store a set of megan racing LP coil overs that will set my car nice and low this summer after I do some custom suspension work to maximize (or minimize) my ride height. I also plan on doing a bit of body work and painting the car from the original alpine silver color, to Sunset Bronze like you see on the Toyota Venza. Have a look: http://www.dayeduyanelaz.com/7h3r4ci.../pw/9r85/y.jpg

So I think some polished wheels will look right with that color. I think 19" will fit just right once the car is lowered. Though I have to admit, the closest thing I have to a decision is Rotiform's BWE (though it probably contradicts what I stated I was looking for). I kind-of fell in love with those and think they would look nice in chrome or with the face painted sunset bronze as well. But I don't know, I'm a little new at all of this if you can't tell. So, what do you suggest?

The Dude has presented a damned good option.

The BWE is a different choice, one that I think could work well with your car. Might I suggest a black chrome for the centers, while leaving the lips polished? I think that would look amazing with your color choice [badass color, btw].

If you decide against the BWE and want to stay Rotiform, I'd also suggest the Convex DUS ... you never see multi-spokes on Lexus' anymore, and I think with a 9"/10" width stagger and a little poke-n-stretch action, it'd look killer.
