  • vw golf 3 perfect offset opinion

hi,i have a vw mk3 golf with a 2 inch drop and i will buy my new wheels very soon

i understand everything about the offset thing but i want to be sure of my choice

my new wheels will be 15x8 and want them to be large with strectch tire

so im thinking of a et-25 on the rear and et-12 in the front but im not very sure of the result i need your opinion or personal experience, thanks

use a 195/45 Toyo T1R to get good stretch. I am running a 15x8 et17 in the front and it's flush. et11 is flush for the rear.

Negative et's don't really work well on mk3s.

yeah i check my thang and and the top backspace for my wheels is 5inch

          on 15x8 this equal et12

so do you thing it will be find et12front et0 rear with rolled fenders without using camber

That will be hard to pull off even with rolled fenders.

ya i think about it and do you thing et12 all around would be a good setup

all will mayby one day put 5mm spacer in the back for a more aggressive look

and i think i will but 165/45/15 because i want a real intense strech, does it help the fitment
