carbone fiber/ futuras

im refinishing a set of futuras and the carbon fiber ring on the center cap is all faded and im looking for some way to make it shine again. so if anyone has any tips on how to do so please share. thanks

if its realy carbon and is clear coated u can treat it like paint.

i have a good feeling its real carbon fiber, i dont think oz would cheap out on something like that. this is the first thing i have ever owned that is real carbon fiber, but i guess im just gonna try wet sanding and buffing it

I bought a set new set from a guy off of vwvortex, they look great and are a perfect fit. Search my thread in here for the link or if you give me a minute I will get his email up. If I remember I paid $30 shipped for em.

I would wetsand them from 1000-1500-2000 then use compounds on them to buff them
