  • 19"s on my e36 - Tire suggestions?

    Ok...

Just picked up a set of 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 wheels.
Will post pics once I get them mounted!!

Yet, I need tires... So I need suggestions... I don't feel nankang IIs are the best tire at all... ran them for a while...

    My thoughts were:

    Front 235/35/19
    Rear 255/35/19

Looking for a little better quality tire..

    Suggestions?

    Car is now low.
    Fenders are rolled.

my tip to you, is that 19's are way to big.
but i would run depending on offset. 215/35 and 225/35.

      offsets:
      35 front
      45 rear

19's are big yes for the body style... deal was too good to pass up.
Saw them mounted on the e36 I bought them off of..
      Looked good imo

18s are hard work to get sitting right on a 36, so 19s will be almost impossible. good luck though.
id go with 215/35 on the 8.5 and 225/35 on the 9.5

It is an e36 sedan, I have started rolling and pulling the fenders a little more...
test fit was about .25 off ...
              Was close.. Not much more.
Been polishing all night on the wheels.

              How accurate is tyrestretch?

the 215/35 225/35 combo is pretty spot on! Thanks you for the suggestions.

What brand tire would you run? Also what is a good site? I been using discouttires and a local guy... the local guy is out of stock for a month he said.
