Tire Stretching Tool. Not a Cheetah.

There is this tool that acts in a similar way a bicycle tube would.
It is used to take up the space between the tire and the inner lip of the wheel. Space ( a. )

Would anyone happen to know the name/ brand of what I am trying to explain ?



I did some more research. It is similar to this tire seater tool except the one I am talking about inflates.

i know what you are talking about, but im not sure of the name. i would just give a heavy duty bicycle tube a shot. worth it since they are pretty cheap

Ah I have been trying to find out what it is all day. I have too much space in between the inner lips to make up for a regular innertube to make up.

We've used bicycle tire tubes to do what your trying to accomplish. It worked well.
