just got new wheels (VMR VB3 18x9.5) for my b5 s4 a couple weeks ago and decided i would use the tires i already had which are conti extreme contact dw 225/40/18. i'm not sure if these tires run big or what but for some reason they look HUGE especially the sidewall and i can't stand it! it rubs like a bitch all the time. i need smaller tires so i can go lower but not sure what to get.. i don't know weather to go with 225/35 or 215/35 or just get another set of 225/40 in chance that these tires just run big. 
this is the first time that i'm stretching tires so i don't know what tires run big and which don't. and i've been driving myself crazy looking at pics and threads, so i figured i'd come to the best source i can think of for info on this. if you stance/stretch gurus out there can throw your input my way i would really appreciate it! i've attached pics to show how it sits right now. oh and my offset is 25f and 20r thanks in advance!
