e28 style 5s poke?

I have a 87 e28 and wondering if anybody knows how big of spacers I would need to get a stretch and poke stance. Sorry if this has been discussed but search didn't work out well for me.

The style 5s are et20 17x8 square all around.

MY 16 inch style 5s were 16x8 et23

i used 38mm adapters from adaptec all around. There wasnt a massive amount of poke but i feel 40mm should be fantastic for yours..
