  • Summer is almost here... time to get some rims!

I own a hyundai elantra 03, not a car anyone usually hears or reads about on here. I want to lower this baby to the ground and throw some rota rims on it. The only thing is these rims are 17x9.5. my car only allows 7.5 and the offset is 12 and my car only allows 38 offset. So there is some problems!! What mods do i have to do to make these fit?? also what is a good tyre to stretch it on??

    thanks!

    1. Wheels, not rims.
    2. Rotas suck
    3. Do some research before you buy..Or do anything for that matter.
    4. If your car's wheels are 17x7.5 et38, the rota's will poke out 2 inches from where yours are right now, don't think that's going to work without serious fender rolling/pulling. Probably want 205/45's or 215/45's. Depending on how low you are of course. Get suspension first so you know which tire sizes to run.
