Photoshop Request

Can someone who is good at photoshop make the centers of my wheels white, and the bolts gold? Just a thought I got goin on in my head, and I dont have photoshop.

hmmm if you could do them either white or red with gold lettering that would be awesome... Im kinda goin for the primadona look... I just dont have the bbs's to do so. I figured I would try it anyway, might look decent.
