question about stretch tire

hey everyone, my name is victor and im kinda of new to this game with stretch tire also new on this page too as well. umm, right now i own the rota shakton, wrong spelled. the size is 15x8 so im not sure what size tire should i get for my vw mk3? please let me know..i wanna to make it look good as well, thanks!

hey, i have one little situation, i just tested my rim on my mk3 n found out the brake caliper is hitting the wheel, so it means i have to get the spacer for tht but its 15x8 whih its way out of fender line up...so it means i cant flush it right until i get the right size of tire? any suggest?
