What's on my bolts?

Alright, basically my bolts sat in vinegar too long and are corroded i guess. There's been layers of stuff peeling off, and after hitting them with metal stripper, i'm left with this. Is this clear coat or what? There's the yellowish part, an ugly darker metal part, then a shiny metal part, which will buff up and shine pretty nicely, but that's it. Just talking about the bolt head btw.

Correct it is clear coat, or animal semen, actually yeah, pretty sure it is animal semen.

That isn't really a good example, but I think most of it was just corrosion and rust (besides the cc) and It's coming off with 220. Might actually polish the bolts now
