Need wheel lips custom!

I have a set of 17in Kerscher Kcs wheels that were heavily damaged in an accident and I need to order 2 outer lips for them. Looking for lips 1-1.5in in width. I've shopped all over and cannot find replacement lips. Does anyone know where I can get replacement lips or get custom barrels and lips made to match my centers? I've seen where people have up'd the size to 18's and would consider if it could be done. Any ideas?????

Tunershop is out! Apparently they can't do 17's for Kerscher for some reason. Seems like every wheel has replacement lips,barrels,etc! Kerscher must have some odd ball configuration that no one can duplicate.

second call memoryfab, then just make your way through the list if for some odd reason they cant!

They said they could help me out so I sent them the dimensions to verify everything and no response. I cannot believe no one can reproduce lips for these. Here are the dimensions

Number of holes (35)

Centering 0 (14.5in) which equates to I believe 368.3

PCD hole circle (15.1875in) which equates to I believe 385.762

Memoryfab said that they would be able to make my custom lips for my Kerscher KCS's. said all they need are the faces and 4-6 weeks.

Mine are 18's don't know if there is a difference in that

Ordered lips and payed them för little more than 5 weeks ago (deliverytime is 4 weeks for custommade products)

Tried to send an email for about 10-12 days ago, and two other mails after that and no response at all!
I can accept if i takes a week longer or so, but the least i can expect is that they answer my emails!
They were very fast to answer in the beginning..

I sent my lip out to kiki@felgenfuchs.de because they said they could duplicate Kerscher no problem but wanted to make sure they got everything correct. They recieved the lip and say it's some weird size between 17-18in and they can't duplicate. I don't know what else to do. I called memoryFab a while back and I think they wanted around $500 a lip which is just crazy $$$$. Does anyone know what they typically charge for custom lips? Has anyone else run into this issue with Kerscher wheels? This really sucks!!! I called Kerscher and they can't make lips for these any longer. Looks like these might become a base for a nice coffee table!
