  • Help needed!

    I'm new to the whole stance scene and I hopefully my car will have great stance once done.

    I'm going to be running Stern 3 piece alloys on a mk4 platform, what tyres will I need with the wheels being the following;
    Front 17x8.0 and with adapters an offset of 8
    Rears 17x9.0 and with adapters an offset of max 22

    Normal offset is 36 (I think)

    *the car in question is already running quite low but not low enough *

    it depends my friend... how low is your car, how low do you want it to be, do you like stretched tires, how much stretched & etc & etc...

    you can try with - http://tyrestretch.com/ just to see how different tire sizes will look on wheels with your specs...

      Well I'm from the uk so speed bumps and potholes are a problem lol at the moment my bumper is around 2-2.5 inches off the ground. I do want stretched tyres and I think that'll be the only way of running them legally with taking the offset into consideration

        It's still illegal for any part of the wheel or tyre to be outside the fender

            Do you think I can run them with an offset of 8?
