After the trials and tribulations I finally got them mounted but I still have some height adjustment tweaking to do and fender rolling! They turned out better than I expected and I am fairly satisfied with them for now. Not so bad considering these are the first BBS Style 19 I've seen or heard of being mounted to a B5!!
Constructive criticism and opinions welcomed!

I like the black on black. I would think colored bolts would do the trick with the addition of the center caps.

I can't complain for my first set of wheels on this car and to ass to that I got them for a complete steal. They weren't what I was looking for but they will suffice for now. The crazy offset may be the reason why I'm the only one, as far as I know, to have mounted them to a B5 passat, but I'm pretty happy to maybe be the first to run these wheels on this car whether thats a good or bad thing. Thank you for your opinion though!

p.s. the bolts are gold but its hard to tell with the lighting

Ian knew I was looking for some of these then he said you found a set. I would have had them re-drilled to save on the stupid low offset after adapters.

I wasn't looking to put any more money into these than I already had seeing as how it was a sporadic decision to buy them originally. There are tons of BMW guys that run these on their e36/e46 so that would take away many potential buyers had I redrilled them. These aren't staying with me for long, I'm looking to pass them off to another person who can make better fitment with them, but I gave it a try while I had them in my possession haha
