Will they fit my '76 bmw 2002?

Okay, so I found 2 sets of BBS RS's with two different widths/offsets.
One set is 15x6.5 et17
The other is 15x7 et38

I currently have a set of bottlecaps on that are 14x6 et35.

I don't really know much about offset, so help would be appreciated!
Would the 15x6.5's offer more poke since it got a smaller offset?

I've asked around on a few 2002 forums, but I haven't gotten a whole lot of response.

look for a set of RS070/71 . . they fit the 2002 perfectly . .
