Proper tire stretch for my wheels ( first timer )

205/40 or 215/35 front and 215/35 or 225/35 rear. depends on how low you wanna go

Hey guys my e28 is finally back up and running beautifully i have a set of wheels and i need help with the right fitment tires they will be my first staggered stretched set.

-Fronts are 18x8.5, Im almost sure offset is +56 backspacing 6.96 in. (176.65 mm.)
-Rears are 19x10, Im almost sure offset is +79 backspacing 8.62 in. (218.7 mm.)

I have 30mm spacer/adapters to GM lug pattern and i hope that will do.
