Another tire question...

I'm refinishing my style 19's and I can't decide what tire I should run. I'm stuck between running 215 45 or 205 50.

Anyone have style 19's or 5's with one of those sizes? (pictures will help) I want a small stretch.
I am you going to try to have some stance on my e39 in the next few months.
The plans are.... Bc coilovers, refinished 19's, spacers.

What tire size would you guys recommend using on the style 19's on a e39?
I'm pretty set on 205 50s but Im not 100%.

205 45s maybe?
