Do Nankangs NS-II stretch nicely?

if you want you could get a 512 because didn't you say you were doing a 9" wheel? I know the 512 can fit a 17x9" wheel but not 17x9.5"

Well, just to make the situation clear: wheels are 8s and 9s. I have to use a 205/40 minimum on the 8s and 215/40s on the 9s.

So what im trying to do is find out which tire will stretch/sit the best / runs as small as possible in said tire sizes.
