  • W124 wheel help.

Starting the search for a new set of wheels. I have a set of Crossfire wheels that I have been thing about. They are 18x7 front with a 35 offset, and 19X9 rear with a 25 offset. I am worried about the rears. Has anyone of you 124 guys ran a wheel that wide? Remember, this is a e320 not a e500.

    Thanks for the help!

You'll need to pull the rear fenders on 19x9 +25 and run a 225/35/19 tire with a bit of a stretch. Fronts fit with no issues.

Just use willtheyfit.com and use the measurements from my E320. 17x8,5 et30 w/215/40 front and 17x10 et30 w/235/40 rear. That fits nicely under the fenders with a light roll. No rubbing issues.

That's because they're 17" and you're running 235 tires, I was able to fit 255/30/19s on a w124. Higher offsets are always better on a w124 anyways, the rear wheel bearings are a bitch to change.
