Yes... but you might not get GOOD BBS Wheels... many cars came with factor BBS Wheels and you should be able to find a set of SOME KIND of BBS wheels for under $1000...if you're looking for BBS RS' then you might have some more struggle. But BBS Wheels of any kind, possibly one piece, should be buyable under $1000
