Adapters + spacers. Bad idea??

    I would error on the side of caution. Get the correct size adapters as soon as you can. Of course I set my car down on wood spacers once so Ben saying I'm the authority might be a little far fetched

    To answer your question of if it is a bad idea.

        Sounds like your biggest problem is the wheels not being hubcentric. Get some hubcentric rings homie.

          the wheels are lugcentric, the hub side is just flat and so is the adapter

            I'm not arguing against the use of adapters.

            I would just recommend that if you are running adapters AND spacers that you purchase the correct width adapters as soon as possible. The 8mm spacer is not threaded, this creates a cantilever effect even if the wheels are hubcentric. Best to keep the wheel as tight to the threaded portion of the assembly as possible.
