  • Need a quick answer. E36 guys.

My brother got some 18x8" et35 (front) and 18x9.5" et25 (rear) for his e36.....94' 325i.

What's the best tire size for front/rear? He's pretty low so...rolling fenders isn't an issue. Just no pulling.

    Appreciate it!

    205/40/18 up front w/ 15mm spacers

    225/40/18 rear

depends on camber and ride height though

Thanks! Is the 15mm spacer necessary?

Yeah but I imagine he's not all that low

Youre def going to want to space the fronts quite a bit but its up to you how much

For a 94, maybe 5 or 10mm more. but really with the pre 97m kingpins and no camber plates or m top plates it will sit pretty nice.

                This, or 215/35 and 225/35.

40 series on 18s will make it sit really high. 35 series is the way to go.

youre gonna want at least a 25 - 30mm spacer up front if you want halfway decent fitment without going too agressive. but a 225/40r and a 205/40 front should be good for fitment.

40 series is too big, and I don't think you can get a 205.

215/35 on all 4 is your best bet.

                        Toyo makes a 205/40 and a 205/35. they are pricey as f*ck.

                        18x8 et20 on a 215/35. No 96+ M3 kingpins, no camber plates etc.
with 15mm spacers you will get that fitment.

I don't know what 96+ kingpins are, but wheels fit my friends 94 325 the same as they did my 96 m3....

You gain about 1.5 more degrees of camber with the 96+m dont know what month they change but it is in 96.
the 95 and some cars in 96, suspension has more similarity to a non-m than to the 96+m.

yea they make a 205/40/18 and the 40series doesnt look that big, kens running 225/40/18's on his s4 right now and its looks good!

but to the guy buying tires i would just go to onlinetires.com!
