Tire and tiresize help! Datsun 280z on CCW Classics

Hello,

I'm ordering a set of CCW classics now in the size 16x9,5 -10 for my 77 Z. I was going to wrap them in a set of 245/35-16 toyo t1r's, but toyo has discontinued this size.

Any input on what tire and size I should get are welcome!

We still get them... or try another brand tyre?

I've tried to get them, but they're special order tyres, and therefore they doesen't exist. Noone else makes that size.

Anyone know of a company that makes custom sizes?

is it so important to get that size? switch to a 225/40 or something like that.

I think a 45 or 50 series tire is ideal...imho old schools should have a lil more meaty of a tire and not a rubberband. I would also not run a stretched tire in fact I would go 245 in width minimum.
