Anyone have info on these SIEG Mesh wheels?

Buddy just picked these up from another friend. We are going to refinish them, but they are missing the center caps.

They look to be a mix between BBS RS and SSR Mesh, they are a two piece wheel. I believe SIEG is a Bridgestone brand, we know nothing else. Any help would be appreciated.
