Dear Jason Whipple:
If you read anything on here...I just want you to know that I really appreciated reading your interview in the latest edition of Super Street (this issue was devoted to "stance" for those who didn't know).
I NEVER buy this magazine, but did so because an associate of mine was featured within. Since reading this issue (cover to cover), I can say that I thoroughly appreciate having had the opportunity to hear the thoughts of some of the people that are (and have been) at the epicenter of the fitment/stance movement.
All too often when talking with a fellow enthusiast, I hear things that sadden me...I'm disappointed by the elitist attitude that many have when it comes to the wheels that an owner chooses to enhance their ride with. In fact, I understand their are some sites that won't feature a car that rolls on wheels from certain brands. While I recognize that it is their choice to set that standard...I wouldn't support anyone that takes this stance (pun intended, lol) towards the fitment community.
As I read this issue of Super Street, the quote that resonated with me personally was this: "...it's not about the parts-it's about the look and feel of the car as a whole" - Jason Whipple.
After reading it...I only wished I could have afforded to buy a set of your wheels instead of the wheels that I went with for Version 2.0 of my ride.
Thanks for supporting the community that supports you
