Anyone got a good source for acquiring barrels and lips for converting 16'' centers into 17'' wheels in Europe?

Some those websites are really hard to read/follow. In the first post it says that koenig-specials.com might have OZ caps, but I can't really find anything on that website.

When purchasing as a US customer, is the 19% tax necessary? I've ordered lips from other sites in Germany before and they took off the 19% tax once I emailed them and told them I was in the US. They then wrote me up a custom invoice.

anybody know where I can get a full hardware kit for these 17" bbs style 5's I just recently had resurfaced and repainted? I spend American US dollars not euro's so American resources are greatly appreciated. the original hardware is trashed and I need bolts and nuts for these...PLEASE HELP!!!
