18x9.5 et?? Varrstoen rims!!

So i wanna buy 2.1 varrstoen rims and i plan on using flex fit bolts for my audi a4 b5 however my question is what offset should I buy to have clearance. I know I'm probably going to have to roll my fenders but which offset should I choose from? Will et22 be enough to clear or should I go et12 or even et0? Can I maybe do et22 in front and et12 in back? Any insight would be nice!
