Need Tire Opinions, decisions decisions

Right now I am running 8 wide in the front on 225/40/18 and 9.5 wide in the rear on 265/35/18.

I am going to put the 225/40s from the front onto the rear and i need new tires for the front.
I am debating on whether i should put 205/40 on the fronts or do a 215/35. I am tucking in the front right now and have to decide whether the decent amount of stretch thats gonna go down in the rears are going to make it okay to run a smaller profile in the front.
What do you guys think?

Thanks for all the help. Everyone wants to give their opinion when no one wants to hear it but when asked everyones scared to talk. 40 series it is.
