Need tires stretched in Houston, TX

I'm trying to find a shop that will not bitch about doing a 225/50/15 on a 15x9.5. Every place in my area refuses to do it. I live in Houston, TX (Humble area). I know there are some Houstonians on here, so hopefully someone can point me to a shop that can do this.

EDIT* To illustrate how stupid the shops are around here, firestone had trouble mounting my 255/60/15s onto 15x9.5 wheels. Said I needed a 275-285 but eventually fit it. So yeah...

Friend commented I may be able to seat the beads in my driveway with hairspray since no one around wants to do it, but its not much of a stretch so I don't know if it would work.
