Brake disc spacing

Can you place a custom spacer behind a brake disc to space the brake disc out in order to line up with a bigger non OEM caliper?

I want to use my stock discs with the bigger 4 pot calipers i got given, but if I fit the bigger caliper, then the disc is not against the hub, it needs to be spaced out like 10mm from hub...

possible to do?

bonus is it will space out wheels as well, which is needed...

This works fine. Be sure to get longer lugs or studs just like you would with regular spacers.
