tires for 19's

getting a set of 19x9.5 +0 and 19x10.5+12 for my G37s sedan


i need figure what size tires to stretch, i want a thicker tire to stretch, so a 40 series.
what size's should i do and what tires?

225s up front, 245s in the rear.
