  • Another paint thread (masking question)

Hey guys! Stripped down a 92 9000 the other day and got a set of wheels that Ive always wanted, they're nothing special but they have some concave to em, so my question to yall is would it be worth it on these wheels to mask off the center part and leave the lip, or would I be better off just paintin the whole wheel?

    These are the wheels btw

Probably not worth it to mask em.

Side note, those look convex, not concave.

Edit: but then I see stuff like this and it makes me be like holy crap! I could do it :P

So I was shopping for stuff at walmart for my room at tech and I saw a blue I liked better than m original plan, so i grabbed some tape and sand paper and ignored your advice and actually quite like the way it came out for like 2-3hours work! Its my full size spare I brought with me to college but if I can get the other 3 up I might do em all (deff with a lighter base coat next time, live and learn!)

Right on man, as long as you're happy my opinion doesn't matter.

They don't look bad at all
