Compomotive 3 Piece wheels - rebuild question

Okay so i'm doing some research because i want to rebuild my Compomotive wheels in winter. They're currently 8x16 all round, ET17 front and 13,5 back (If i measured correctly). Im thinking about either make the rears my front wheels and just build the rears to 9x16s or change the whole set and repaint the centers too. Not sure yet.

Anyways: The lips are 30 hole - can i get Schmidt lips or does anybody know where to source lips that fit? And can i use the bolts again?
