yes, no problem with a 205 tire.
with a 215 or 225 you will maybe need a tiny roll in the rear.-

It is just nearly every E36 on here is rocking style 5s, and E46/36s have pretty much the same fitment. Not to mention the number of E46s around on style 5s too.
