Best offset on e30 rear 9.5 wheel

i have some wheels and they need adapters...the current offset of the wheels is 38 on 9,5 i was tinking about 30mm adapters to get a final offset of 8 what do you think about that?

Why dont you try and mount them up?
http://felgen-garage.de/ there are some great examples there with offset listed, go to bmw showcars. and also go to www.willtheyfit.com and match up the numbers. until you have equal poke.

yup but i dont order my adapters soon what i mean by this thread is whats size of adapters will be the best for a perfect fit

what i mean by my post, is plug your numbers into willitfit.com and match them up, with the numbers on felgen-garage for the fitment you want. in the end you will see how big of a adapter you need.

You should be fine. I'm running 16x10 et10 and they fit.

et8 would stick out about 3-5mm on a late model, about perfect on an early model. That's an easily adaptable offset, even the smallest adaptors would still fit fine.

I'd say 30mm would be perfect.
