Farmas; tire size, stretch

Im gonna keep it short and sweet. I have a set of Weds Farmas 3 piece. What is the lowest profile and most stretch I can get out of a 17x7 and 17x8? What tire? Where to buy?

Any pics of these tires on a 17x7? Im thinking of doing 185 35 R17 on a 17x7; a 195 40 R17 on a 17x8 for a mk4.
