10" wheels tyre size

I have a little dilemma. I bought some wheels for my e30:

Front: 8.5J ET 7 - will use 205/40
Rear: 10J ET 16 - 215/45 or 215/40?

The dilemma is for the rear. The car is a daily driver, so wich one will be a better fit? Also, what tyre pressure to use?

i would go with the 40' series.
and some brand thats know to be a bit "heavy / run wide" or how to say it, like yoko s.drive etc.
