new lips for blitz 01's

I'm a little new to the whole wheel refinish/rebuilding thing...

I found some Blitz 01's I like, but the offset are little higher than I want and don't like how the lips looks.

The set I am looking at are 17x9 +42. I like the look and size of the 17x9 +22 lips.

Is it possible to change the lips on these? They are multi-piece, but I'm not sure if they are 2 or 3 piece. I have no idea where to start lol.

uh. that doesn't work. you would have to change the barrel, not the lip.
