Amg monoblocks!

Hey everybody! I just picked up a clean set of 18'' monoblocks and i was wondering what size adaptors I would have to run to put them on my jetta! If I just buy some 5x100-->5x112 adaptors will the wheels go right on or do I have to do any redrilling? Also what would be the right sized tire to put on them so that I get a little bit of stretch?! they are 18x9 et 35, i was wondering if 20mm all around would look good
