my first post. of course what tire to run

well this will be my first post on this forum. im running a 18x8 wheel and now i know a few things about stretching but that was back when you could get the falken 512's.
now i have to decide on a 215/35/18, 205/40/18. i really want the 205/40/18 just what tire stretches better. dunlop 9000, falken 452, yokohamas?
i've googled and searched the site for examples and used tyrestretch.com
point me in the right direction.
